- Georgia is so precious. She is the sweetest little girl. She has those big tender eyes that just melt you. She likes to play with her siblings, then comes over to me and lays on the side of me just staring up at me. I call her the gentle puppy. Georgia is a cuddler. She certainly is not camera shy. I had tons of pictures of her to choose from. She started on mush feedings today and loved it. She is still getting in her bottles of formula between the mush feedings. We are working on drinking from the bowl which is going very well. She is such a JOY to foster. Georgia weighs in at 2.8 pounds (the tiniest of them but catching up quickly) 7/3/09 - This little girl, along with her brothers and sisters, were set to come into rescue with their Mamma. Sadly, before we could get them up here, she was killed. So there they were, two weeks old and helpless, so Auntie Dee and Aunti Liz became surrogates. All of them were a little weak when they came to us and made everyone a little nervous. But they're started to thrive and have really taken to the bottle feedings. We'll keep you updated as they start to grow and develop personalities (which means learning to escape and get into trouble, right?) We know that Mom was a Boxer but we don't know who dad was, so we're calling them "Boxer Mix". But, pictures speak louder than words. |
