| NOTE ** Because I am still a baby, I will only be placed in a home where
someone is home often, such as retired, work at home, work opposite shifts, stay at home parents, etc. UPDATE 2/10/09 - Finally after a few days at home with our new puppy, we all agreed on his name;Amos. Amos is very sweet and somewhat mellow. He will cry to come up onto the couch with us to snuggle under a blanket. With 4 boys in the house, there is always someone to cuddle with. Potty training is going fairly well, but since our backyard has been frozen over since the day we brought him home, Amos is mostly paper trained. Amos is very motivated by kibble for training and we have just introduced clickertraining, which is new for all of us. We are registered for a puppy obedience class at end of Feb. Besides being on some medicine for "puppy parasites", Amos received a clean bill of health from the vet. 1/9/09 - Wrapper has been adopted! 12/27/08 - Please meet Wrapper he and his brother (Dewey) were abandoned outside a vet's office on Christmas Eve. They were lucky enough to be rescued by a friend of SCBR'S. He is adorable and a snuggle baby. We think they are purebred boxers without their tails being done, but we do not know for sure. He has been wormed and will go for there first exam and first set of shots next week. He will be ready to go to his forever home the weekend of January 9th. |
